Policy
My Guarantee is that if you are not completely satisfied with anything, which you have purchased from Sandra Hall Smocking, I will replace the item or refund your money.
Returning Goods
If you are unhappy with your product, please contact me within 7 days. I will replace, repair, or refund as required by the NZ Consumers Guarantee Act. Please return articles in the condition they were sent, without having been worn, washed, or altered in any manner. The invoice must accompany the returned article. Please ensure returns are packaged adequately.
No refunds or replacement will be given on any item that has been altered in any manner or form, washed or worn.
No claims will be considered after 7 days of receipt of goods. While no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit will be accepted, please advise us of any claim.
Packaging and Freight
All packages are sent New Zealand Post or Fastway Couriers.

Any quotations of delivery times by Sandra Hall Smocking are made in good faith, but these are estimates and Sandra Hall Smocking shall not be bound by them.
Pricing Policy
As we receive price increases from our fabric suppliers, updates to prices will be made as soon as possible, but prices listed are an indication only, and subject to change without notice. Stated prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST.
Product colours may differ from that shown in the image, depending on your computer graphics etc, please contact me should you require further information. We have tried very hard to give the truest colour.
Privacy Statement
Any information you provide Sandra Hall Smocking will stay in the possession of Sandra Hall Smocking and will not be disclosed or distributed to anyone else. Sandra Hall Smocking may use the information given to contact you about your dealings with us should it be necessary to do so. (No Spam though).
Stock Availability
Sadly I cannot guarantee that we have all items listed in stock permanently, although I try my very best. If an item is out of stock, I will advise you of delivery date, or I am most happy to place it on back order and advise date of delivery. As my stock is constantly changing, please bookmark my site to keep up with monthly and seasonally changing stock.
Gift Wrapping
All Flower girl and Christening ensembles are wrapped in acid free tissue enclosed in gold tissue and placed in a gold box.
